The Algonquin Argonauts are a proud member of POP WARNER.
Pop Warner was founded in 1929 and is the nation's largest youth football and cheer organization with over 425,000 participants across 42 states. Pop Warner is the only national youth sports organization that requires scholastic aptitude to participate and is committed to developing our youth on and off the field. Competition takes place at the local, regional and national levels. Between 60-70% of all current NFL players got their start playing Pop Warner football.

Accelerated Sports Medicine Corner
As
a sports medicine provider, Accelerated provides FREE INJURY SCREENS to
all Argonauts athletes, coaches, and their families. This hands-on,
musculoskeletal assessment can include muscle strength testing, specific
joint testing, flexibility evaluation, postural correction, injury
prevention consultation, and/or a physician referral. After the
evaluation is complete, we will discuss treatment options and a
recommended course of care. Accelerated ensures that you will have
access to the information you need to make the best health care choices

We are looking for dedicated volunteers to help as head or assistant football and cheerleading coaches. Experience is appreciated, but not required. All volunteers are required to pass a background check, and head coaches must be CPR certified (offered through Accelerated Rehab) and take the Pop Warner certification. Volunteers must have the patience to work with kids and set a good example for our program.
